Who controls this data
GCPBuilder is operated by Mounir El Bakkali, based in Morocco. For the purposes of Moroccan Law 09-08 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, I am the data controller for information submitted through this site.
What is collected
When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, subject, and message content. If you apply through the Founding Partner program, I additionally collect the company and engagement details included in that form. No data is collected from visitors who do not submit a form — this site does not currently run any analytics or tracking scripts.
Why it's collected
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we proceed, to manage the resulting engagement. It is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are transmitted via Resend, a transactional email provider, to deliver notification and confirmation emails. Submissions may also be forwarded to an internal engagement-tracking system I operate. The site itself is hosted behind Cloudflare, which processes connection metadata (such as IP address) as part of standard request delivery and security filtering.
Third parties
Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting and network security) process data on my behalf as part of operating this site. Scheduling a call uses an embedded Calendly widget, which is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy once loaded in your browser.
Retention
Contact and application submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by email. I will act on deletion requests within a reasonable time.
Regulatory status
Compliance confirmation with Morocco's CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) is in progress. This page will be updated once that process concludes.
Content licensing
Written content and diagrams published on this site are intended for reuse with attribution; code samples are intended to be freely usable. Formal licence terms will be published here alongside the site's article archive.
